I shed a little tear of happiness when I saw these two pictures side by side. The picture to the left was taken 2 years ago when I went to Las Vegas, I was about 168 pounds. Even though I was on vacation and in Vegas I was very unhappy with myself. I felt very uncomfortable, heavy and unattractive. This trip was the trip that made me realize that I had to change. My goal was to loose weight, reach my goal weight and go back to Vegas to celebrate my accomplishment. AND GUESS WHAT! I over achieved my goal weight. I took this picture 2 months ago when I went back to Vegas. I now weight 125 LBS (-43 LBS)........I have never been so happy. Loosing weight has given me confidence and made me such a better person. It was not easy.... It has been a journey.... but it was all well worth it.
