Breakfast:
8:30am Peanut Butter sandwich on wheat toast
Chai Latte with Lactaid Skim Milk and 1 Splenda
12:00 pm Green Salad with chicken and an egg ( I only eat the white part of the egg)
Dressing: Oil and Vinegar with a dash of salt
Water
3:00pm Stir fried spicy clams with veggies
Brown Rice
Water
6:00pm Peanuts with NO SALT
8:00pm Medium Dunkin Donuts coffee with skim milk and 2 splendas
(I add a dash of cocoa for a mocha taste)
11:00pm Kelloggs Protein Plus Cereal with Lactaid Skim Milk
REMEMBER! most important part is PORTION PORTION PORTION CONTROL! It helps with my
diet and bloating annnnnndddd it won't get you tired!
